This 90-year-old man from Peoria Arizona had a large defect of the right temple/frontal scalp after Mohs surgery for an aggressive basal cell carcinoma. A full-thickness skin graft repair was performed by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 5 weeks after surgery shows a nearly completely healed wound with no noticeable asymmetry or anatomic distortion.
