A 85-year-old man from Glendale Arizona had a defect of the right lower vermillion lip after Mohs surgery for a squamous cell carcinoma. The wound was left to heal by second intention. Results shown at 4 weeks after surgery. The patient had full function of his lip and was able to return to normal activity within 2 days of surgery.
