This 82-year-old man had a large and complex defect of the nasal ala after Mohs surgery for a longstanding basal cell carcinoma. A two-stage cheek-to-nose flap repair was performed using cartilage support from the left ear by Dr. Fathi. Results shown at 1 week after final surgery.
