This 75-year-old man from Scottsdale Arizona had a defect of the left inferior nasal sidewall after Mohs surgery for a basal cell carcinoma. A cheek advancement flap repair was performed by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at just 1 week after surgery.
