This 52-year-old man from Peoria Arizona had 2 defects of the right nasal ala after Mohs surgery for two separate basal cell carcinomas. After a discussion of repair options, a two-staged procedure was recommended to best aesthetic results, however, the patient requested a procedure to be performed in one-stage. Thus, a one-stage nasolabial transposition flap repair was performed using skin from the patient’s right medial cheek by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 6 weeks after surgery.
