This 75-year-old woman from Glendale Arizona had 2 defects of the right inferior forehead and right temple after Mohs surgery for two different basal cell carcinomas. The right inferior forehead was repaired with a single advancement flap, while the right temple was repaired with a linear closure by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 3 months after surgery.
