An 85-year-old man from Scottsdale Arizona had a large defect of the central nose after Mohs surgery for an aggressive basal cell carcinoma. A combination one-stage flap repair was performed by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 3 months after surgery without revision.
