This 84-year-old man from Peoria Arizona had a large defect of the left nasal sidewall and dorsum after Mohs surgery for a squamous cell carcinoma. A complex linear repair was performed by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 6 weeks after surgery.
