This 65-year-old woman from Tempe Arizona had a defect of the left helix of the ear after Mohs surgery for a basal cell carcinoma. A two-stage repair was performed using a retroauricular interpolation flap by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 6 weeks after final surgery.
