Dr. Brent Sloten, D.O., is a distinguished, board-certified dermatologist with over 22 years of experience in surgical and general dermatology in Arizona. His commitment to providing exceptional dermatologic care in a gracious and friendly manner is at the core of his practice.

Dr. Sloten’s academic journey began at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then pursued his medical education at The Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.

His postgraduate training included a pivotal internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York, followed by a dermatology residency at the Western University of Health Sciences. During his residency, he gained invaluable experience at the University of Arizona, the Phoenix Veterans Hospital, and the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Additionally, Dr. Sloten serves as an associate adjunct clinical professor at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

After completing his training, Dr. Sloten established a successful private practice in Mesa, Arizona. Now, after 22 years of dedicated service in Mesa, he is excited to join Dr. Fathi at Phoenix Surgical Dermatology Group.
