This 75-year-old man from Scottsdale Arizona had a significant defect of the nasal dorsum/sidewall after Mohs surgery for a squamous cell carcinoma. A cheek advancement flap repair was performed by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi. Results shown at 3 months after surgery.
