This 89-year-old man from Phoenix Arizona had a large and deep defect of the left temple/frontal scalp after Mohs surgery for a highly aggressive squamous cell carcinoma. A complex linear repair was performed by skin cancer surgeon Dr. Ramin Fathi with the addition of a full-thickness skin graft. Results shown at 3 months after surgery.
